Cancellation Policy
I charge a 100% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment. Prepaid Service Purchases, Flash Sale Purchases, Gift Card Purchases, Services and Retail Products are non refundable and non transferable. All values of purchases are redeemable only for services through Lashes By Lyss TM Skin Savvy Spokane. Valid 1 year from the date of purchase. If services are purchased at a discounted or special pricing, they are worth the value paid for them. Prepaid services or trades are still charged the 100% cancellation or no-show fee. Which is due at the time of your scheduled appointment, via card on file, prepaid amount or trade value.
